After graduating from Mansfield, he enrolled at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando. He graduated with his Juris Doctor and passed the Florida Bar Exam in 2008.

From 2008 to 2012, Josh Frick worked as an Associate Attorney for Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue and McLain, one of the largest insurance defense firms in central Florida. He was the first attorney that firm had ever hired who had not attended one of the “big three” law firms in Florida; namely, Florida State, Miami and Florida. At Rissman, Barrett he focused primarily on defending doctors, hospitals, and large auto insurance companies. These are the same defendants and insurance companies he now sues as a plainitff’s attorney. Josh Frick quickly rose up the ranks at Rissman, Barrett and gained a name for himself as a hard working and meticulously detailed young attorney. He now draws on his knowledge of how an insurance company evaluates a case and uses that to the benefit of his clients at Frick law.

From 2012 to 2013, Josh Frick became an Associate Attorney at Diaz-Arguilles and Tejedor, a personal injury firm in Orlando. Here he learned the art of deposing physicians, nurses, experts and administrators in a fast-paced and often hectic plaintiff’s firm. The experience Josh Frick gathered at Diaz-Arguilles and Tejedor was immeasurable. In just 14 months he deposed over 220 doctors, nurses and experts in a wide range of medical malpractice cases as well as attending almost 100 hearings in front of judges thoughout Florida on a wide array of legal issues.

In 2013, Josh Frick joined Brian Hogan and created, Hogan Frick Law. Josh Frick was the lead attorney and lead litigator for the five years he was there. While there, Hogan Frick Law enjoyed a growing reputation for fierce litigation and attention to detail. Josh Frick tried numerous cases while at Hogan Frick which resulted in wide-spread success for all clients of the firm. Once the insurance companies knew that Josh Frick would not settle for a less-than-fair compensation for his clients and would go to trial, insurance companys’ offers to all of his clients improved.

In 2018, Josh Frick created Frick Law and is excited to grow his own practice in central Florida. He believes in one-to-one communication and having an open and honest conversation at the beginnning of the case with each of his clients.
